En janvier dernier, @TriesseGressard Consultants est allé à la rencontre des pêcheurs professionnels des petits métiers du Parc Naturel Marin du Golf du Lion. La mission a permis d’étudier leurs circuits de commercialisation, leurs besoins, les freins à leur développement et les valorisations possibles pour le fruit de leur pêche dans le Parc.
